This course introduces micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to the Chinese market, including business dynamics and cultural characteristics. With a GDP of $11.3 trillion and a population of nearly 1.4 billion, the course describes China’s market access requirements, key standards/regulations and the location of specific information on importing products and services. Lastly, the course highlights how small businesses can prepare for, and successfully participate in, a large-scale trade show in China.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

But are you credibly measuring, managing and demonstrating this positive change? And are you communicating your impact to your clients and investors? This course will introduce you to the best practices in measuring your social impact, including by creating an impact value chain. We will assist you in devising your own 3-step Impact Management Plan, enabling you to assess your progress towards impact-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Once this course is completed, you will have taken the necessary steps towards fully capturing all aspects of your business's social impact and a path forward to ensure your continued improvement.
